The IELTS and TOEFL Faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering effective curriculum content, conducting engaging classes, and supporting students in achieving their language proficiency goals. This role requires expertise in IELTS and TOEFL exam formats, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Develop and update curriculum content for IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses.

Ensure that instructional materials align with the latest exam formats and test requirements.

Instructional Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive classes to help students improve their English language skills.

Provide effective strategies and techniques for tackling IELTS and TOEFL exam sections.

Assessment and Feedback:

Administer practice tests to assess students’ language proficiency.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement based on assessments.

Individualized Support:

Offer individualized support to students with varying language proficiency levels.

Conduct one-on-one sessions to address specific challenges and areas for improvement.

Monitoring Progress:

Track and monitor students’ progress throughout the course.

Provide regular updates and feedback to students and, when applicable, to parents or guardians.

Counseling and Guidance:

Offer guidance to students on exam registration, preparation strategies, and study plans.

Assist students in setting realistic goals and timelines for exam readiness.

Stay Informed:

Stay updated on changes to IELTS and TOEFL exam formats, scoring criteria, and best practices in language education.

Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Collaboration with Support Staff:

Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

Proficiency in English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

Previous experience in teaching IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses.

Familiarity with the structure and content of IELTS and TOEFL exams.

3 to 5 years of experience in IELTS or TOEFL teaching is essential.
