What are we looking for?

Candidates who are passionate about teaching.

We don’t care about your grades, marks or your percentages

Graduates from IITs, NITs or other government engineering colleges(CET, GECB, TKM, RIT, GECT, GECK, NSS Palakkad, Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, GECSKP, GECKKD) are preferred.

Candidates with a valid GATE score will have a higher priority.

Candidates who have worked in government engineering colleges as Ad Hoc or on contract basis will also have a special preference.

Communication knowledge in Malayalam is mandatory.

Interview process

Technical Test: Test consists of technical questions about basic concepts with respect to your branch.

Demonstration: Should be ready to give a class on a topic of your choice from your subject to showcase your teaching proficiency.

Interview: An interview with our panel.
