Summary: The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function for MSI. The HR Director will lead a team of HR professionals to provide strategic direction, operational support, and effective HR programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives, ensuring that HR policies and practices are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure high-quality HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently across the organization.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure that HR programs and services meet the needs of the business.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, to ensure the organization attracts and retains the best talent.
• Develop and manage benefits programs that are competitive, equitable
• Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee and leadership skills and knowledge, support career development, and foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Lead and manage HR initiatives that drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop high- performing teams.
• Strong Employee Relations experience of complex disciplinary, grievance and performance management activities especially with employees at all levels
• Motivate team members through effective monitoring, coaching, counselling and providing a positive working environment
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, and HR technology.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that support the business strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
• Open to Travel to US on need basis. Candidate with US visa is a plus.
• Previous experience in administrative, marketing, or process management roles.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
