Job purpose
Provides MIS support for third party administrators, Health Maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, managed care organizations and many more in US healthcare insurance market by identifying and updating information.
The ultimate motive is to ensure commendable service standards and maintain very high customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
Listed below are the primary job duties and responsibilities that are required:
· Creating reports and dashboards for reporting performance data for all lines of business with the account, daily, weekly, monthly
· Get on calls with the different departmental heads and managers to understand the requirement and create reports to help gauge LOB performance daily, weekly and monthly
· Set high standards, promote innovation
· Good presentation skills
· Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
· Maintenance of required reports in Excel, power point etc
Essential Job Functions
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong experience in MS office (MS Excel, Power point, Word etc)
· Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines which may demand extended working hours
· Ability to work independently
· Create daily, weekly monthly MIS reports
· Create daily, weekly, monthly per person/ team productivity reports
· Create item wise MIS vs system reports
· Should have working knowledge of macros and preferrable to have worked on MS Access
· Would be required to create dashboards from scratch by understanding the requirement, gathering the required data and working independently / as a team in creating the reports and dashboard, published to the top management daily
· Should be well organized and have advance problem-solving skills, as well able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally
· Adhere to the team norms for making the overall team a cohesive one.
· Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
· Must be ready to work in night shifts
Experience and Skills requirement for this role:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact cross functionally and/or with seniors, with an ability to convey messages in a clear and structured manner
· Should have experience with implementing MIS reporting, implementing macros, knowledge of creation of database and MS Access
· Should be good with MS Office and training reporting.
Qualification Requirement
· Undergraduate (10+2)/Diploma / Graduate (Only Arts or Science) – Non-Technical Only
· Good communication skills.
· MIS experience – 3 years
· Advance excel minimum 1 ½ to 2 year
