Roles and Responsibilities

Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.

Teaching engaging lessons which enable students to learn effectively.

Ensuring students well-being within school is maintained at all times.

Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.

Must facilitate understanding of English language concepts, and develop love for the subject.

Work is performed under the supervision of the principal.

Educating pupils in a fun and engaging manner.

Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline.

Graduation with B.Ed ( English Medium) Good in communication. Good communication and analytical skills with strong command in spoken English

Ability to think differently, creatively and have passion for academic excellence

Experience relevant to this job would be an added advantage.

Passionate about interacting with young children Good in communication Dynamic, Energetic and Young.

Candidate should have good communication skills.

She should also be kind, compassionate and patient.
