Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Roles & Responsibilities :-1.Achieve targeted School and athlete Registrations by area2.Relationship Management with on-ground agencies and schools3.Own the sales process from prospecting to close by selling and promoting SFA4.Championships, products and/or services to existing and new accounts/schools within an assigned area to achieve sales goals.5.Make sales calls to a wide variety of contacts which may include school principals, parent/teacher organizations, yearbook advisors, student groups, coaches, athletic directors or league sports administrators.6.Achieve customer satisfaction and quality standards by visiting key accounts, detailing requirements and obtaining feedback from key decision-maker(s) before, during and after the championship7.Leveraging existing relationships within current accounts to sell deeper and sell other products8.Complete accurate registrations for sports, including pricing and payment terms in accordance with SFA guidelines.9.Utilize and maintain a call and prospecting activity reporting using our CRM Systems Sports For All is a high-growth organization driven by our purpose to build sports at the grassroots level. As an official partner to the Indian Olympics team and fully integrated digital and on-ground multi-sports platform, our target is to fuel the sports as an aspirational value to children who in turn represent this at the international level.Key Skills: Mandatory:1.Minimum of 1-3 years of proven outside sales experience2.Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs3.Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals4.Strong persuasive skills, specifically related to maintaining existing business5.Strong organizational and time management skills6.Prior experience working in the Educational ArenaIndustry: School/Edtech B2B (not looking for inside sales exp)Gender: OpenQualification: MBA/PG/GraduateExperience: 1 -3 years of total experienceWorking Days: 5 daysNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysRelocation candidates: NoRegardsTeam HR
