Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Montessori Teacher for an on-site role at our Bengaluru location. The role involves guiding children in their learning journey using Montessori principles, creating and maintaining a stimulating learning environment, and fostering independent and group activities. Teachers will assess and record student progress, prepare lesson plans in alignment with Montessori pedagogy, and engage with parents to report on their child’s development. Promoting positive behavior, cultivating independence, and encouraging exploration are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Montessori teaching methods and curriculum development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining a child-centered learning environment
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for early childhood education
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Montessori certification preferred
• Previous experience in a Montessori teaching environment is an advantage
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster discipline effectively
