Attendance, Leave, Overtime, Bonus, CML, etc.

Recruitment from Portal/LinkedIn/campus.

Salary process through HR Software and manual working on Muster roll.

Handling Statutory compliance.

ESI and PF Challans generation and deposit on Time.

Payroll management, compliance.

Joining and exit formalities.

Handling Corporate Insurance.

Designing the HR Policy.

Event management.

Reconciliation of the compliance co-ordinate with the account Team. Inventory MIS.

Handling Pre and Post grievances of the employee salary.
