Shift and Timing – Day Shift Rotational shift

Barging calls, sharing feedback.
Working with agents to improve call quality.
Conduct and Participate in Calibration Sessions.
Create and publish weekly quality dashboard.
Create a Monthly Audit plan and sharing with reporting manager.
Develop quality team as per the requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
Should be well versed in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word and Ms-PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Quality tools and industry standards.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be graduate.
