About MOHAN Foundation
MOHAN (an acronym for Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network) Foundation is a not-for-profit; nongovernmental organization established in 1997 in Chennai to promote cadaver (brain death) organ donations in the country. MOHAN Foundation works towards spreading the message of organ donation, and coordinates with various agencies including government to enhance deceased organ donation in the country.
We are looking for bright, young, sincere, self-motivated, and passionate candidates to work in the field of organ and tissue donation.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Counselor shall be placed in Chennai and responsible for activities of community, school and parent engagement for programs on Childhood nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting).
2) To build and maintain relationships with schools and NGOs to spread awareness on Bedwetting in Paediatric Patients.
3) Maintain records and report all activities carried out.
4) Respond to calls and update the information needed for the project
5) Create and design content for public awareness and for website
6) Assist & take leadership in activities of MOHAN Foundation
7) Assist in marketing online courses of MOHAN Foundation

Key skills and aptitude:
1) Multilingual – Knowledge of more than 2 languages will be an advantage.
2)Excellent written & verbal communication skills, both in Tamil and English.
3) Good presentation skills & Good Computer skills
4) Good interpersonal skills are a must
5) An ability to work independently

Eligibility:
Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Nursing or Sciences.
