Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver lessons to students in higher secondary classes (grades 11 and 12).
- Prepare and execute lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and update the Biology curriculum, ensuring it meets educational requirements.
- Incorporate the latest scientific developments and technologies into lessons.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Lab Work:
- Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the biology lab.
- Guide students in conducting experiments, making observations, and drawing conclusions.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and professional development courses to stay updated with the latest in biology education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and teaching strategies.
- Extracurricular Activities:
- Involve students in biology-related extracurricular activities like science fairs, competitions, and clubs.
- Encourage and guide students in independent research projects.
