Requirement:
Organize & manage classroom & online training programs.
Conduct Process Training, Soft Skillssessions & induction programs
Drive performance management during training programs
Plan and conduct pre & post training engagement through technology & zoom sessions
Publish daily/weekly/fortnightly training reports.
Execute day-to-day training coordination Skill Requirements: .
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills required.
Should have strong implementation skills, proactive and enthusiastic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
