Experience -3 Plus Years
CTC- 11 LPA
Responsibilities:
Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them
Train the new employees on 4 specific aspects:
Company Policy
Process & Product Knowledge
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Interpersonal Skills and a positive attitude
Use various innovative methods to engage employees
Conduct assessments and certifications for new employees and frequent refresher courses for existing employees
Regularly coordinating with the management team and ensuring high agility in managing process changes
Keep updated records of training materials and modules
Actively work with the Customer Support Manager, TLs, and Quality Team to understand customer issues and change internal processes based on this.
