Leading Perfume Manufacturing Company Hiring for

Profile – HEAD GLOBAL #Ecommerce

Location – Mumbai

CTC – 50LPA

Experience Required – 10 Years+

Education – MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 Institute – Mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Ownership of Sales targets across geographies – Manage Sales and Marketing operations of for Ecommerce as per the Organizational vision and the Business Plan. Optimise costs, profitability, quality of deliverables, productivity, and efficiency across the company’s operations across geographies.

2. Complete Ownership and Management of the global website management, web content and catalogue.

3. Ownership of eCommerce Product Development – Develop and Manage stocks at all third-party facilities to ensure timely order processing, accurate inventory control, timely receipt/stocking of goods, cost-efficient shipping direct to customers and effective processing of returns.

4. Setting up the eCommerce channels & oversee the overall business operations of eCommerce – This will include delivering on revenue/profitability/operational targets, managing operational excellence, and maintaining/building strong relationships with channel/trade/partners and internal/external stakeholders

5. Ownership of Business Development and Channel Relationships 6. Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy for eCommerce Marketplace Channels– Formulate necessary SOPs and guidelines for smooth operations of the sales channels and channel partners.

7. Ownership of Digital Marketing -Strategies formulation and implementation through affiliate digital platforms.

8. Ownership of front-end operation

9. Ownership of Product Assortment

10. Ownership of Customer Experience and CRM

11. Planning and implementing visibility activities for the brand for the eCommerce Marketplaces.

Desired Profile:

1. Ideal candidate should preferably be from a Beauty & Fashion retail background, heading Ecommerce sales operations.

2. Must have minimum 4-6 years of experience in handling global Ecommerce for an established brand with sizeable turnover.

3. Must be MBA with Tier I/II institute with relevant experience. 4. Ideal age of the candidate to be around 38-42 years.
