We are currently looking for passionate individuals with a flair for numbers to work as Research Associate (RA)/ Senior Research Associate (SRA) at our expanding Mumbai office!

Responsibilities include:
As a Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate, you will be handling several projects at different stages simultaneously and be the day-to-day point of contact for globally distributed project managers/researchers. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Checking the questionnaires and survey test links to check for redundancies and errors
- Ensuring that the data is captured in the specified format
- Assisting the Researcher in report charting and checking
- Perform quality checks on the entire range of deliverables to be shared with the Researchers
- You may also be involved in proof-reading the final reports to be shared with Client
In addition, Senior Research Associates will also be responsible for:
- Get familiar with inhouse auto generating engine
- Assist & train Research Associates via on-the-job support
- Reviewing the work of new Research Associates during their training period
- Trialling & feeding back on new processes before they are rolled out more broadly
- Driving efficiency while ensuring quality
- Sharing knowledge & best practices across the team
Requirements
Experience:
- Research Associate (RA) – 0-2 years’ work experience. Freshers are welcomed too
- Senior Research Associate (SRA) – 2+ years’ work experience preferably in a reputed market research firm
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) – must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business domain or a related discipline
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Have a basic understanding of market research and statistical concepts. SRA’s need to have a better understanding of the same
- Have a working knowledge of MS-Office tools. SRA’s need to be proficient with MS-Office
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Have a systematic, logical and an organized approach
- A strong team player
