We are looking at hiring full time Psychologist & Transformation Coach to join our team. The candidate should be able to provide insights and guidance to students by delivering various Positive Mind Transformation courses. They should plan and implement powerful transformation techniques and programs utilizing various defined methodologies. They should also track students’ progress, adapt techniques to fit student’s needs, and update weekly reports accordingly.QualificationsA Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in coaching, and counseling techniquesExperience in providing 1:1, group counselingExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExpertise in cognitive-behavioral, narrative, or positive psychological interventionsCertification in clinical hypnosis or NLP would be beneficialAbility to work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, staff, parents, and community organizations/leaders to promote positive mental health and wellness
