Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Krishnagiri, Tamilnadu. We are looking at hiring full time Psychologist & Transformation Coach to join our team. The candidate should be able to provide insights and guidance to students by delivering various Positive Mind Transformation courses. They should plan and implement powerful transformation techniques and programs utilizing various defined methodologies. They should also track students’ progress, adapt techniques to fit student’s needs, and update weekly reports accordingly.

Qualifications

• A Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in coaching, and counseling techniques
• Experience in providing 1:1, group counseling
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in cognitive-behavioral, narrative, or positive psychological interventions
• Certification in clinical hypnosis or NLP would be beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, staff, parents, and community organizations/leaders to promote positive mental health and wellness
