Key Responsibilities

– Collaborate with Schools to review and update the curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and principles outlined in the National Education Policy (NEP)

– Ensure that the curriculum reflects current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education and is lines with the vision and ethos of MIT-WPU

– Ensure that academic programs meet all regulatory and accreditation requirements

– Monitor the implementation of the revised curriculum and gather feedback for continuous improvement of the curriculum from various stakeholders

– Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for faculty to enhance their pedagogical skills and incorporate innovative teaching methods

– Ensure compliance with all academic and accreditation standards, submitting necessary reports and documentation as required

– Develop and implement strategies to support slow learners and advanced learners

– Handle any other academic-related tasks as assigned by the Dean
