Job Profile:Overall Academic Administration Management.Academics & overall Discipline.Thorough understanding of private universities, a complete academic perspective.Update the regulations, norms required by the University / Institute.Handling processes for Accreditation purpose and close liaison with associated regulatory bodies.Formation, conducting, constituting of regulatory bodiesCustodian of official documentsEnsure compliance with Student Records PolicyProduce official students listPrepare, publish, distribute class and examination schedulesAdminister the Teacher Evaluation SystemPlan and coordinate the Schedule of Classes to insure that all curricular needs are met while responding to the preferences of faculty and students.Examination: Conduct, evaluation, timely result declaration, re-exam.Fully responsible for running day-to-day administration of the Institute including infrastructure development.Will be responsible for functioning of accounts, admin, stores, purchase, campus development and students section activities.Facilities and vendor management.Desired Qualifications:MBA or equivalent with 12-15 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
