Job Description

Assistant Mentor Females only. Good communication skills. Basic Math , English and Hindi. Comfortable working with kids. Sincerity and regularity is appreciated. Good handwriting is an asset .Joining immediate. 

We are looking for:
Calm, positive personality, you would also need to be familiar with our company values and guiding principles which we adhere.
You will also be required to demonstrate that you have the required skills and knowledge to meet the needs of students/children
Developing appropriate positive and supportive relationships with pupils
Being aware of the differing needs of pupils
Providing support for learning mentors/mentors/senior mentors
Being a role model for pupils in terms of behaviour and attitude
Maintaining confidentiality
Adhering to policies and regulations including those relating to employee conduct, equal opportunities, health and safety, safeguarding and child protection
Adjusting activities according to pupil needs
