This position will be responsible for the day today activities of the centre and will ensure that the centre function is organised and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.
Responsibility
She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centre.
Converting Inquiry into admissions
Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory
Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-centre activity.
Staff Retention
Comfortable with the given KRA’s / New Strategies

Academic Implementation
Visiting existing parents for child’s development
Revenue Maximization

Communication
Internal – Communicate internally with Teachers and Regional Manager for day to day operations
External – Communicate with various other departments and corporate office. Interact with Students and Parents on a daily basis.
Reporting To – Regional Manager
Skills and Qualification
Education Level and other relevant experience – Qualification – Preferably Graduate + MBA
3-6 years of experience either in Education, sales, customer services and operations.
Knowledge Skills (General & Technical)
Complete end-to- end knowledge of customer services, operations and sales.
Working knowledge of MS Office and advance level skills in Excel.
Good Analytical and coordination skills
Good verbal & written communication
