You will be planning, developing and executing strategic brand directions for consumers under the vertical Mindler Immrse.

Key Responsibility Areas:
The Brand and Social Media Strategist should be a strategic thinker with a knack for creating holistic brand experiences through:
Creating an overall brand strategy and guidelines.
Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for our social media handles (Mostly Instagram and LinkedIn)
Briefing the creative team on the brand strategy you formulate with clarity. Supporting the brief with consumer insights will be a key aspect of this job.
Stay abreast on market trends, and the convergence of digital and offline brand experiences.
Identify opportunities for business growth through branding strategies.
Examining competitors to get to know their brands and understand their objectives.
Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns.
Generating original ideas with other members of the team.
Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them.
Skills required
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to furnish brand strategy documents.
- A proven track record in developing social media growth strategic plans that benefit the brand.
- Good knowledge of the media and how strategic planning influences it.
- An understanding of the Content Creation process.
- A good eye for interactive designs.
- The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of brand management experience, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Knowledge of branding frameworks, archetypes, and brand architecture.
- Strong understanding of Indian education sectors and brands with an interest in and exposure to the global brand landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work closely with the creative team and create out-of-the-box ideas from the brief.
- A diligent researcher with a keen eye for details and quick task execution with strong work ethics.
- Delegate tasks to team members and ensure to maintain the quality of deliverables.
- Deep understanding of the Market, the target consumers, and the ongoing trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
