Job Summary:
As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our Holiday Cruise Experts (Sales Development Representatives) and all new joiners across various roles based in Noida. The primary focus of this role is to Design, Develop, and Deliver comprehensive Training Programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Training, Grooming Training, Excellent Communication Skills, and a Passion for Fostering a High-Performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
Collaborate with key stakeholders/departmental managers to understand training needs and objectives.
Design and develop training programs that encompasses soft skills, corporate training, work ethics and standards, company induction for all the new joiners across departments along with the special emphasis on the unique needs of Sales Development Representatives.
- Delivery of Training:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for all new joiners since first day at work. Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Content Creation:
Develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and role-playing scenarios, to support effective learning.
- Soft Skills Training:
Implement training modules focused on communication, interpersonal skills, time management, verbal and written communication etiquettes and customer service.
Foster a customer-centric mind set among SDRs and other related teams.
- Training Modules:
Develop and deliver training modules on product knowledge, deck plans, cruise amenities, cruise itinerary, packages, product policy, offers, CRM system handling.
Conduct grooming sessions to enhance the professional appearance and demeanor of team members. Cover topics such as dress code, personal hygiene, and professional etiquettes.
Keep training content updated with the latest company and industry trends and best practices.
- Company Induction:
Conduct comprehensive company inductions, either offline or virtually as required, ensuring that new hires understand Cordelia Cruises’ mission, values, organizational structure, terminology, and key policies.
