Job Title

Insight Programme Manager – APMEA

The role will have regional responsibility for delivering and hosting talks, discussions and events based on Insights driven by MillerKnoll’s extensive research and design programmes. Insights provided MillerKnoll’s research covering where people live, work, heal and learn.

Overall Objectives

To support the business strategy of the APMEA team by:

• Ensuring our research and insight adds value to our sales proposition at many levels including client presentations and tenders.
• Promoting MillerKnoll and the family of brands to the position of being a trusted adviser and business partner measured through resultant product sales.
• Using the Insight delivery programme to enable MillerKnoll and the family of brands as well as its dealers to connect with existing customers or new prospects in Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality and Education.
• Encouraging feedback to ensure MillerKnoll is current on the market view of workplace issues and trends.
• Managing the sharing of the output from and collaborating with the Research Team on appropriate projects.
• Increase visitor traffic through the showrooms wherever possible.
• Generate and nurture awareness amongst the architecture and design community of MillerKnoll by building new relationships with relevant industry contacts and influencers and networking.

Specific Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage any regional research.
• Host events both at the MillerKnoll brand showrooms as well as at external locations regionally
• Deliver targeted research and insights for dealers, clients and at events (In-person and virtual)
• Collate relevant non MillerKnoll research into one location.

Essential:

Degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant discipline.

Experience of delivering presentations to groups and individuals.

English to a high standard, written and spoken.

This role requires extensive travel within the local region & across APMEA.

Preferred:

At least two years’ experience in workplace related industry in customer facing role.

Used to working in support of other teams.

Experience in marketing and events.

Knowledge of architecture and design

Cultural understanding and knowledge of the APMEA region

Competencies:

Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable working as part of a team of professionals.

Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Must be flexible to work out of hours when required and to travel regionally.
