• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address personal, academic, and career-related concerns and support effectively.
• Collaboration and Career Guidance: Collaborate with university, professors. attend workshops and identify student interests and strengths, and make informed decisions about future educational and career paths.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including counseling notes, university documents and assessments.
• Up-Selling and Cross-Selling – converting calls to sells.
