You’ll be set up for success as a “GM Sales – Inside Sales” at Miles if:

You can lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. Have a proven

track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding

of inside sales and operations. As a Sales GM, you will be responsible for

setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales

strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. Your role is crucial in

ensuring the success of our retail division.

And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on

industry trends.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales

initiatives.

• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues
• Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities.

These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s

degree is a plus)

• Proven experience in retail sales and sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
