You’ll be set up for success as a “GM Sales – Inside Sales” at Miles if:
You can lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. Have a proven
track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding
of inside sales and operations. As a Sales GM, you will be responsible for
setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales
strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. Your role is crucial in
ensuring the success of our retail division.
And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on
industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales
initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues
- Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities.
These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s
degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in retail sales and sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
