Miles is hiring a GM Sales – Inside Sales with 10-11 years of experience (minimum 5 years in team handling) to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Sales GM, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of inside sales and operations. You will lead, mentor, and motivate your team of sales representatives, monitor sales targets and KPIs, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, conduct market research to identify new opportunities and collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote sales initiatives.
