Role Overview:

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our CEO and executive team, instrumental in shaping our company’s trajectory, optimizing operations, and fostering strategic alliances. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to craft and execute strategic initiatives, fueling growth, efficiency, and organizational cohesion.
• Lead fundraising efforts, from identifying potential investors to managing relationships, guiding the entire fundraising journey with finesse.
• Champion operational excellence by refining processes, pinpointing efficiencies, and instilling best practices across departments.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, forging impactful relationships that propel our mission forward.
• Act as a conduit between the executive team and departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication of strategic imperatives.
• Analyze data, track trends, and derive insights to inform strategic decision-making, empowering our leadership with actionable intelligence.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives as delegated by the CEO, driving their seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fundraising, operational management, and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a knack for catalyzing change and garnering buy-in across all levels of the organization.
