You’ll be set up for success as a “Senior Associate-career counselor” at Miles if:

You have a high level of empathy and patience, allowing them to adeptly understand and address customer queries. With 0-5 years of Inside Sales experience, candidates should also exhibit fluent oral and written English skills, along with prior expertise in outbound calling and targeted sales. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality is crucial for this role. Your responsibilities include cold-calling assigned leads, engaging with prospective clients to effectively convert them into potential customers, and consistently achieving or surpassing weekly and monthly sales targets within the designated leads. Furthermore, the role involves active management of customer engagement and operations, ensuring continuous and meaningful interaction with leads throughout the sales life cycle. The candidate should be process-oriented, employing a data-centric approach to develop intelligent and efficient processes that contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, diligent tracking of each opportunity/lead (service request) and meticulous oversight of related tasks to ensure timely completion are integral aspects of this role.
