Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and enhance your skills alongside a team of exceptionally dedicated and motivated colleagues and leaders, all working towards our collective goal of Miles becoming the Godfather of Accounting talent in India. And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following:Conduct consultations with prospective candidates to understand their career goals, aspirations, and challenges. Provide personalized career guidance and counselling to individuals, recommending suitable career paths and educational programs.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and educational programs to address inquiries and concerns. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to team goals. Conduct thorough profiling and record student interactions and sales activities in the CRM system through detailed comments.
Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, counselling skills, and closure skills. These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client interactions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
