Roles and Responsibilities

• Counseling on call to prospective candidates responding to queries.
• Counseling on call to prospective candidates
• Obtain candidate information such as name, address and and queries related to different courses.
• Recording the details obtained from contacted candidates.
• Adjust sales scripts a per the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Answer telephone calls from potential candidates who have been solicited through advertisements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Communication Skill and fluent in English, Hindi and punjabi
• Must be willing to learn under pressure.
• Tele sales experience in Education Industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
