The company runs intensive live cohort programs focused on AI engineering, AWS Cloud-DevSecOps, and AI deployment on AWS and Azure, with capstone projects that mirror real BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance) use cases. Programs are structured for working professionals, with evening live sessions and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, security, and observability. pTeachTech differentiates itself through a production-first mindset, accessible pricing, and placement-oriented tracks for top performers. The organization operates under parent company Pernicia (Canada Corp) and collaborates closely with industry practitioners and hiring partners.

– Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to ensure every participant becomes deployment-ready.
– Share best practices, real-world insights, and industry use cases throughout the program.
– Collaborate with the pTeachTech delivery team on learner progress, attendance, and outcome reporting.
Qualifications
– 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on Microsoft Azure project delivery.

– Strong command of Azure core services, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application development.
– Ability to teach through real-world, project-based scenarios rather than theory alone.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Key Deliverables
– Successful delivery of all 60 training hours within the 6-week timeline.
– A completed, evaluated Capstone Project for each participant.
