Job Responsibilities:

Teaching:

Research:

1. Conducting independent and collaborative research in the respective engineering field.

2. Securing research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships.

3. Publishing research findings in reputable journals, conferences, and other scholarly platforms.

4. Presenting research work at conferences and academic forums.

5. Supervising research projects undertaken by graduate students.

Academic Service:

1. Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and faculty development programs.

2. Assisting in curriculum development and program review processes.

3. Engaging in academic outreach activities and industry collaborations.

4. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior faculty members and research associates.

5. Promoting a positive academic and research culture within the department.

Professional Development:

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Ph.D. degree in the relevant engineering discipline.

2. Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

3. A strong research background with a proven record of scholarly publications.

4. Expertise in specialized areas of the engineering discipline.

5. Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and communicate complex concepts.

6. Proficiency in using relevant software tools, laboratory equipment, and technology.
