Job Description:
We are looking for an ‘Academic Head‘ who can manage the entire lifecycle of various courses / educational programs. Along with that candidate should assist in managing business activities in a very organized and timely manner. This role will be blend of academics and management roles.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Academic Manager is responsible for all aspects of delivery of the courses. Different aspects include:
1. Finalising courses / programs to launch
2. Identifying external subject matter experts (trainers) for the courses /programs & their onboarding
3. Coordinating with trainers to design curriculum for academic products (courses / programs)
4. Coordinating with trainers to develop and maintain resource base (e.g. Study materials)
5. To arrange, conduct & manage the live training sessions (Virtual)
6. Establishing course specific trainer performance guidelines & evaluating tutor performance.
7. Ensuring the courses under coordination are current and academically sound.
8. Communicating with students, guiding them for the courses / programs and resolve their queries

Graduate / Post graduate (Any stream) with relevant experience
