Product Success Manager is a very crucial role in order to deliver success of the educational partnerships and it would include but not limited to the below Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of the product, partners and courses assigned.
- Do the Market research and Competition research for the products.
- Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals and enrolment targets established for the region and assigned partner.
- Constantly improve results and increase the impact on revenue and profitability.
- Build applications pipeline and enrolments for each intake for their respective products.
- Onboarding recruitment partners on platform
- Driving awareness and reputation of the programmes and partner i.e., producing webinars or speaking at, organising, and attending events.
- Plan the trips of the visiting delegates from partner Institutions.
- Establish and maintain successful, positive, and productive relationships with counsellor and overseas education consultants.
- Traveling to clients to conduct marketing activities, student research and gather student insights to feedback into the product success map.
- Liaising between external Partners and internal departments to ensure smooth journey of the students.
- · Mentor and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international student enrolment.
- Engage and maintain communication with recruitment partners and BDMs regularly.
- Provide strategies on how to increase international student enrolment though various channels.
- Build and develop a strong team with winners’ attitude.
- Train and mentor others and design training programs for the Team
- Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
