For over 27 years MESCO Education Society (MES) is providing quality and holistic education through its Crescent English High School & Jr. College at Kausa Mumbra, Dist. Thane. Due to huge public demand, MES has established another school ‘Radiant English High School & Jr. College’ in the same area. From Academic year 2023 – 2024 MES requires:

PRINCIPAL required with sound knowledge in achieving academic excellence (for the students) with strong administrative and communication skills, proficient in managing school operations with a proven track record of success to drive curriculum development and effective teacher training programmes and good management practices. Applicants having brilliant academic record upto Post Graduation level (preferably in Science Subjects) with B.Ed and minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Secondary Classes and minimum 5 years experience as a Principal of Secondary English Medium Schools may apply.

HEAD TEACHER required who is committed, innovative, dynamic, self motivated and must have team building and leadership qualities with proficiency in computers and effective communication skills. Applicants with Graduation and D.Ed having 10 years of teaching experience including 3 to 5 years experience as a Head Teacher of Primary English Medium Schools may apply.

Applicants should be Competent, Self Driven, Visionary Educationist and Dynamic Team Leader with Progressive Outlook to lead the school.

Salary & other benefits shall be as per the rules of MESCO Education Society. Higher emoluments will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.

Selected candidates will be provided a Staff Quarter (if needed).
