Candidate should be

• Salesforce technology expert responsible for design and technical implementation

• Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.

• Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation.

• Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s)

• Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity.

• Enjoy teaching and coaching the business team on how to best use Sales Force Cloud

• Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize

• As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors

• Contributes to team ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, demo and retro

• Actively works to identify and remove/ mitigate risks and blockers to product dellivery

• Communicates openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts

• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Back-end development with Node.js

• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) & working knowledge of SQL

• Hands on Salesforce Marketing & Sales Cloud and Core CRM platform

• At least 2 Salesforce certifications – Marketing Cloud Developer & Administrator

• Experience in cloud data integration/ integration pipelines (Cloud Data fusion)

• Post deployment configuration changes and minor administration duties like training on Salesforce cloud platforms

• Understanding of Agile practices and associated tools (Jira/Azure DevOps or similar)

• Supports the building and enhancement of the CRM Sales Cloud product line by solutioning and building Sales and Experience cloud capabilities on Salesforce

• Building and managing integrations with multiple in house/external systems with Salesforce

• Work with Salesforce and other third-party integrator’s to provide optimal solutions

• Work independently and in environments where scope requires clarification

• Contributing to technical documentation

• Performing Salesforce Administrator, as needed

• Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
