We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a talent acquisition specialist.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and salary negotiation for a variety of positions, complying with company policy and government regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyse resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducts screening interviews, assists managers with interviews, tests and ranks candidates, extends offers, and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Works with managers to create appropriate requisitions and ads (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.)
  • May represent the organization at employment fairs, participate in campus recruiting activities, and/or build sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants to enhance candidate experience during the entire process.
  • Search and build for diverse candidate pipeline and cultivate positive relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Sourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed.
  • Create and foster relationships with various professional organizations to attract and recruit niche candidates.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Education And Experience :

Requires bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Talent acquisition specialist.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws & compliance requirements
  • Relevant work experience with full life cycle recruiting, familiarity with high volume and fast paced environments, preferably in-house experience.
  • Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent Recruitment for hard-to-fill or niche positions
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level Strong external/internal networking and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills goals
  • Demonstrated understanding of functional organization, matrix structure and organizational culture.

Location: Meril Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, IIT research park, Chennai.

Shift: General shift, Monday to Saturday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm).
