Job Description: –

Division – Orthopedics/ Cardiovascular/ Endo-Surgery

Marketing Manager

International Marketing- Global Role (Europe, APAC, LATAM, Africa, Middle East)

Product Portfolio- Joint Replacement (Knee, Hip and Trauma)/ Sutures, Staplers/ Balloons, Stents.

Location- Mumbai

Reports to – Senior Manager- Global Marketing

This position is responsible for developing marketing strategies and tactics related to Hip replacement and Trauma for assigned markets that will increase the amount of associated leads, sample requests, and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative ideas and marketing plan to support sales initiatives of assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for the product and portfolio strategy of Joint Replacement
  • Interpret competitive landscape and incorporate into marketing strategy.
  • Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.
  • Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement.
  • Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
  • Establish pricing strategy that assures alignment with overall business goals and P&L drivers.
  • Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and implements lessons learned.
  • Forecast sales while considering the market, product, and other valuable factors.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen.
  • Mentor, develop and influence across the business, intentionally building cross-divisional.

Stake holder – Relationships.

  • Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy.
  • Routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operations and have a divisional impact.

Education /Experience / Technical Knowledge/Skills

  • MBA preferred.
  • 4 to 5+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
