DIRECTOR OF CAREER COUNSELLING

Job Responsibilities

• Good experience with government project handlings
• Should have good field experience in education background
• Able to take care of entire counselling team and R&D team
• Able to travel PAN India for conducting events and meetings.
• Having good knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Care and Education department.
• Guide students in determining their interests and abilities using a wide range of methods
• Counsel individual learners, working with them to aid in the development of both hard and soft skills
• Conduct group workshops on a variety of topics
• Work with counsellors to overcome issues of a student that could undermine their academic or career success
• Plan and publicise the career services centres programs and events such as workshops, and orientation sessions
• Counsel on the basis of student’s school/college needs.
• Maintain records as required.
• Evaluate students background, education, and training, to help them develop realistic goals

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Experience : 10 – 18 years
• Ph.D in Psychology, career counselling or similar field
• Hold a current state-issued Resident Educator License

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
