Designation: Premium Account Manager – Oncology BU (Role 1, Expert)

Report in to: Regional Business Manager, North

Location: Lucknow- Managing entire Uttar Pradesh

About the role :
Represent Company and its oncology brands to customers which primarily comprise of oncologists in premier hospitals

Own and drive the revenue target for the territory

Conduct promotional activities in the territory to increase awareness and advocacy of Company brands

Work with various collaborators such as physician assistant, procurement, hospital administration, counsellors, distributors to generate goodwill for Company and its products

Build strong rapport with key customers

Work with marketing, medical and institution teams to develop appropriate commercial strategies for the assigned territory

Who you are:
Education: Bachelor’s in science or Pharmacy. MBA preferred but not required.

Experience: min 3 yrs prior healthcare or selling experience will be a plus

Language: Proficiency in English. Hindi language understanding would be a plus.

Employs critical thinking and root-cause analysis (such as, identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions)
