Recruitment:
· Focus on developing talent strategies that address the diverse needs of the organization
· Maintain databases of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
· Streamline the talent acquisition process.
· Conduct employee onboarding and continuously improve employee experiences at the time of onboarding.
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Learning & Development:
· Develop and execute learning strategies that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
· Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development
· Promote varied programs to create an efficient and engaged workforce
· Track budgets, negotiate contracts and maintain a network of training vendors
Performance Management:
· Execute the performance management process through the year
HR Policies & Procedures
· Provide support to employees in various HR related policies and guidelines
· Review existing policies and procedures so as to keep them progressive in their outlook
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Management:
· Design and establish compensation frameworks/models which will enable compensation planning for India operations
· Administer compensation and benefit programs (e.g. retirement plans, medical and insurance policies, etc.)
· Guide and coach management colleagues on the rewards and benefits frameworks – ensuring that these plans are cost-efficient and competitive.
· Research and analyze benefits plans, programs, and policies with our approved broker
Others:
· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics for Leadership & Management review
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualification: Graduation & MBA- HR preferred
Required skills:
· Functional experience in varied HR verticals
· Excellent communication, active listening and strong interpersonal skills
· Analytical and Problem-solving skills
· Customer centric mindset
· Digitally savvy and capable of using modern technology tools
