POST: Business Development Associate / Counsellor / Team Leader

WORK LOCATION: Patna, Bhagalpur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

For Business Development Associate/Counsellor:

• To describe product details through call or at office.

• Developing & executing strategic sales plans.

• Selling Engineering, Medical & Foundation Courses of the Institution to the Parents / Students through call or at office.

• Strong attention to details and accuracy.

• Ability to build and maintain relationship with client.

• Growing existing accounts.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

For Team Leader:

• Managing the work of Counsellors and Tele-counsellors.

• Strong Leadership and people management.

• Documenting the sales process and closing.

QUALIFICATION: Minimum qualification is Bachelor’s Degree.

REQUIREMENT: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Young, Energetic and Fast Learner.

• Professional Look

• Excellent communication & convincing skills.

• Excellent Negotiation Skills.

• Strong Presentation skills.

• Strong Business Skills.

• Knowledge of Basic Mathematical Calculations is essential.
