– To provide leadership, direction and coordination for all aspects of day to day schools operations

– To set performance objectives and goals for students and teachers

– To ensure adherence to policies for their implementation.

– To create a facility which fosters student and teacher growth in collaboration with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.

– To develop and maintain effective educational and instructional programs in the school to promote the improvement of teaching and learning in the school and identify the areas of improvement.

– To ensure Supervision in hiring, training and other employment activities and assignment of duties to the staff

– To Oversee budgeting and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment.

– To provide support and guidance in meeting the overall general operation of the school facil.ity
