· Be polite with the patients and listen to their concerns

· Explain to them the procedure and clarify all their doubts in consultation with the consultant

· Counsel the patients and organize a session with the consultant

· Coordinating with consultant on day to-day activities of patients

· Responsible to check on IVF advised patients

· Ensure patient is counselled on the same day they are advised of IVF treatment

· Ensure that the couple start their treatment as advised by the doctor

· Ensure that the feelings and emotions of the patients are taken care at the time of counselling

· Maintain the patient records properly and update it

· Getting treatment consent and procedure forms signed once the patient is explained of the same properly

· Explain treatment packages to the patients clearly

· Ensure the patients make on time payment

· Escalate any patient related issues to the doctor and reporting line whenever necessary

· Conduct daily meeting with the team for updating about the patients

· Meet the consultant at the end of the day to give status update of the patients and for instructions

· Follow up with camps patients whenever required

· Ensure that the set deliverables are met

· Coordinating with Operations and Marketing team for any promotional activities

· Maintain confidentiality of the patients

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
