JD Position: Preschool Head /Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring adherence to curriculum
guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to preschool teachers and support staff, fostering a
collaborative and positive work environment.
3. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the
physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
4. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to
enhance teaching practices and student engagement.
5. Coordinate parent communication and involvement initiatives, including parent-teacher
conferences, workshops, and events.
6. Manage preschool enrolment and admissions processes, including conducting tours,
processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
8. Monitor and assess preschool performance and outcomes, and develop action plans for
continuous improvement.
9. Ensure a safe and clean learning environment by regularly inspecting facilities, equipment,
and materials.
Qualifications:
– Any Bachelor’s degree with Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related
field certification & Good knowledge of computer skill
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory or leadership role.
– Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of educators and support staff.
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and accreditation standards for preschool programs.
