Full Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Formal attire is mandatory
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Multi tasking and time management skills
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and printing
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
