Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include new hire training, nesting, performance throughout the first 90 days, and general knowledge management of Trainees.
- Take direction from Manager/leads and execute deliverables.
- Create plans for process training using input from operations.
- Evaluate the success of the training tools that will be used for the processes, such as the SOPs, participant and facilitator guides, learning checkpoints, etc.
- Establish daily/weekly huddles with trainees to assess their progress and address any problems.
- Participate in periodic transition update calls set up by Project Managers for internal stakeholders and provide detailed updates on the progress of training batches.
- Conduct employee training needs assessments (TNA), audits, and calibrations with QAs.
- Review and revise the standard operating procedures periodically.
- Ensure that a reliable update management approach is implemented and adhered to.
- Preparing, publishing, and maintaining various training reports and dashboards
- Create dynamic training materials.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of trainees through assignments and examinations.
- Offer guidance and support to trainees throughout their learning process.
- Stay up to date with the latest process updates and trends.
- Work together with the operation team to create and enhance training initiatives.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve performance/behavioral/attendance issues.
- Monitor and take action on personnel and disciplinary issues.
- Successfully complete all client-related training and keep a record of the same.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and corrective action and continual improvement to be taken.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes.
- Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team.
- Maintain quality performance tasks and conduct training if necessary.
- Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have Process training / Quality experience in US Healthcare complete
knowledge on RCM process. - Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing)
- Provider/Physician Billing set up
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience in RCM domain.
- Should be working as a Process Trainer/ Training specialist in the current role.
- Should be willing to work in the US shift.
Skills & Abilities
- This position requires the ability to appropriately and effectively communicate and maintain the integrity of sensitive, detailed information pertaining to employees training.
- Ability to assess needs related to department practices, procedures, computer systems and produce training programs and materials to target these needs.
- Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees and other department professionals while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material.
- This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise.
- The training area is one of constant change. This position must be able to react positively to these developments and help lead the way forward to include new developments in training targeted to both new and existing employees.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.
- Excellent technical writing skills for development, implementation, and maintenance of documentation.
