Position Overview: As an Educational Counselor at Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our educational initiatives by providing guidance and assistance to individuals seeking information and advice related to healthcare education. You will work closely with students and professionals to help them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Guidance: Provide expert guidance to individuals regarding healthcare education options, including courses, programs, and career paths.

Assessment: Assess the educational and professional background, goals, and interests of clients to recommend suitable educational programs.

Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about healthcare courses, colleges, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

Admissions Assistance: Assist clients in the application process, including filling out applications, preparing for entrance exams, and securing financial aid if needed.

Career Counseling: Offer career counseling services, including information about job prospects, market trends, and potential career pathways within the healthcare industry.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their educational journey, addressing concerns and helping them overcome challenges.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and educational plans for reporting and analysis purposes.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with developments in the healthcare education field, including changes in admission criteria and industry trends.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination between educational counseling and other healthcare services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, education counseling, psychology).
• Prior experience in educational counseling or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare education options and career pathways.
